1 box Pillsbury yellow butter cake mix
1 box French vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 cup water
1 t. rum flavoring

Syrup:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 t. rum flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix & pour into greased & floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min. While cake is cooking, make syrup. Mix butter, sugar & water in saucepan & cook about 3 min. Take off heat, add 1 t. rum flavoring. Pour sauce over cake while cake is still hot. Let absorb 30 min., then remove cake from pan. Keep cake covered so that it retains the moist texture.
