1 cup of warm water (105-115)
2 pkgs active dry yeast
1 stick of butter melted
˝ cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
4-4 ˝ cups of unbleached all purpose flour
Additional butter is optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water and yeast in a large bowl. Let stand until mixture is foamy, about five minutes.

Stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Add flour, one cup at a time until the dough is too stiff to mix. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours - up to four days. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. Turn the chilled dough out onto a lightly floured board. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Roll each piece in a smooth round ball and place in even rows in the prepared pan. Cover and let dough rise until doubled, about one hour.

Preheat the oven to 375. Bake until golden brown 15-20 minutes. Brush with melted butter if desired. As Rachel Ray says, “Yumm-o!”
