4 cups of milk
One egg well beaten
1 pkg vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
1 cup minute rice
tsp vanilla
tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, egg, vanilla pudding in saucepan. Add rice and vanilla and cook over medium heat until it boils. Pour in a serving bowl and sprinkle with spices. Chill one hour covered. Stir. May serve warm or cold.
