3 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
2 T. melted fat
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
combine corn meal, salt and baking powder. Add eggs, then milk until mixture is thin. Heat shortening in black skillet. Pour mixture into skillet. Stir often. Cooks in 10 minutes.
