1 8 oz. sour cream
1 16 oz. sauerkraut drained well
1 med. oion minced
3/4 lb. corn beef
12 oz. swiss cheese sliced
10 slices rye bread
2 sticks butter melted


Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream anad kraut place in a 9 x 1 backing dish. Layer in order. Drizzle butter on top. Let stand for 10 min. Bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees uncovered.
