1/2 gal. onions
1 gal. cabbage
1 gal. green tomatoes
1 c. salt
8 red peppers (sweet) 1 green pepper
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 box mustard sed
41/2 white sar
3 qts. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fine or grind onions, cabbage, tomatoes, and peppers then put salt over and put in a cloth bag to drain overnight. Rinse mixture. Boil celery seed, mustard seed, sugar and vinegar. Add relish cook until hot and then seal in a mason jar over a hot bath.

This is fun and can be spiced up with hot peppers. Can be used on almost anything.
