1lb. bacon4 Leaks6 oz. grated parmesan cheese1 small carton whipping cream
Fry bacon and pour half the grease out, Crumble bacon and set aside. Wash and chop Leaks and saute' until soft. Add bacon and cup of parmesan cheese and stir together. Add whipping cream and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º until mixture bubbles. Remove and serve with chips or crackers.
