3 eggs. 2 cups sugar. 1 cup oil. 2 cups shredded zucchini. 3 tsp vanilla. 3 cups flour. 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp baking soda. 3 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp baking powder. 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together eggs and sugar. Beat untill light and foamy. Add oil, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
