2 - 20oz pkgs frozen cut broccoli. 1 large onion chopped (1 cup). 1/4 cup butter or margarine. 2 -10 3/4 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup. 2 - 10 3/4 oz cans of cream of celery soup. 2 cans of milk. 2 cups shredded sharp american cheese. 6 cups cubed cooked ham. 4 cups minute rice. 1 TBSP worchester sauce

Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions, drain well. In saucepan cook onion in butter or margarine till tender but not brown. In a large mixing bowl stir together both kinds of soup, milk, and cheese. Add drained broccoli, cooked onions, ham, uncooked rice and worchester sauce. Mix well. Divide between 2 - 2 1/2 quart casserole dishs or put in one large dish. Bake, covered at 350 till rice is done. Usually 45 to 50 minutes.
