Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 crescent into bottom of an ungreased 9 X 13 pan. You will need to mold this to the pan and spread it out a little. Mix cream cheese ,1/2 of the sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Spread over unbaked crescent. Put the other crescent on top. It is sometimes easier if you place the crescent on the counter or a different pan and spread it out to size before you put it on the top of the mixture Beat egg white and spread over top of crescent. Sprinkle the other half of the sugar mixed with some cinnamon over the top of the egg whites. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
