Can of crushed pineapple ( do not drain) Can of cherry pie filling. White or yellow cake mix. 1 stick butter. 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
Slightly mix together undrained can of pineapple and cherry pie filling. Pour in greased 9 X 13 cake pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over this mixture. Drizzle with the butter and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
