hash brown patties
1 lb. sausage, browned
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped peppers
10 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 c. shredded cheddar chesse

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9" x 13" pan, layer first four ingredients. Mix eggs milk. salt and pepper. Pour over patties and sausage. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until melted.
