Ingredients:  
1 can (16 oz) sauerkraut rinsed and drained. 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 to 1 chopped onion . 1 can tomato soup. 1 can water. 1/2 cup raw long cooking rice.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and ground beef. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Make sure to rinse and drain sauerkraut. Mix all ingredients together and bake in baking dish for 1 1/2 hours at 350
