1 package SIMPLY POTATOES .(works the best but you can use a small bag of any kind of frozen hash browns) 1 can of cream of chicken soup . 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese. 3/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup melted butter. 2 TBSP chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350º. Thouroughly combine all the ingredients except the hash browns in a bowl. Place the hash browns in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Add the mixture to the hash browns and stir untill mixed. Bake for 45 minutes.
You may use different kinds of cream soup if you prefer instead of the chicken
