Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar. 1 cup shortening. 3 eggs. 1 tsp. vanilla. 3 cups flour. 1 tsp. baking soda. 1 tsp. baking powder. 1/2 tsp. salt.

Frosting recipe::
2 lbs powdered sugar. 2 cups shortening. 1/2 cup milk. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix well

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the 1st 4 ingredients. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then add to the 1st mixture.
Roll out thin on floured surface. cut with cookie cutters and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375 till lightly brown. Can be served with or without frosting.
