12 qt. popped corn 1 c. +2 Tbs. corn syrup 3 Tbs. water 6 Tbs. butter 2 c. mini marshmallows 6 c. powdered sugar
Blen on medium heat cornsyrup, water and butter. Add mini marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add powdered sugar. Stir until bubbly. Add food coloring and 1 tsp. almond extract. Pour over popped corn. Shape into balls.
