1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
1 head of romaine lettuce torn into bite size pieces
2 to 4 oz. cashews
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well oil, sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, poppy seeds, salt and pepper. Just before serving, pour over lettuce, cashews, and cheese.
