2 cups corn meal
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp finely chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add onion, milk, and egg. Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
