3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbs. sugar 1 1/2 c. hot water 1 Tbs. SAF yeast
Mix water, salt sugar and half of flour in mixer. Add yeast, then the rest of the fflour. Mix 3 minutes; let rest 10 minutes. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Milt 1/2 cube of butter on cookie sheet. Cut dough in strips; roll in butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and galic salt. Let rainse 10 minutes. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes.
