4 lge. potatoes peeled and cubed
4 T. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk, heated
2 t. garlic juice
1/4 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with cold water in pan and cook until tender. Drain well and mash slightly. Heat milk and garlic juice and slowly add to potatoes with butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Garnish
with parsley and serve immediately.
