Ingredients:
3 cups self rising flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except milk and water in a mixing bowl; using spoon or hands mix thoroughly. Combine milk and water together and add just enough to dry ingredients to make a firm ball. Knead until smooth. Let stand 10 minutes. Place in a hot fry pan that has been well greased, or use nonstick coating. Flatten to fit the pan. The non-stick spray will result in a more even browning. Turn heat down and fry at low heat until brown and crusty, turning twice, about 30 minutes.
