3 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 (12oz.) Pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 (7oz.) Jar Marshmallow Crème
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow crème and stir until melted. Add vanilla and nuts and stir. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
