1/4 Cup Butter
1-1/2 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
Juice of 2 Lemons
1 Scant Tbsp. Corn meal
1 Pastry Shell, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Work butter and sugar together. Break eggs into mixture, stir until well worked in, but do not beat. Add juice and corn meal. Bake in uncooked pastry shell at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. When done it will look puffed and yellow. When cooled it falls to a rich jelly-like consistency,
