1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Lightt Karo Syrup
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Vanilla
32 Cups Popcorn, popped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and cook on high power in microwave for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Then add soda and vanilla and stir. Put popcorn in a paper grocery bag and pour mixture over it, shaking well to coat evenly. Fold bag down and microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook 1-1/2 minutes on high. Stir, then spread on cookie sheet to cool.
