1 Tbsp. Unflavored Gelatin
2 Cups Milk
1-2/3 Cups Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Cups Half and Half
3 to 4 Cups Sweetened Fruit of Choice (if peaches
use 4 Cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine gelatin and 2 cups milk. Let sit to soften, then microwave 4 minutes and stir to dissolve gelatin. Combine sugar and salt. Add to gelatin mixture and stir to dissolve. Add vanilla, whipping cream, half and half and fruit of choice that has been pureed in a blender. Then add more milk to fill line. Freeze and enjoy!
