3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the powdered sugar, butter, coconut extract and cream cheese together til smooth. Spread part of frosting and 1/3 C. coconut between cake layers. Frost top and sides with remaining frosting and coconut.
