3 eggs
1 (20-oz. ) can pineapple with juice
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
4-6 slices of bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar, flour, salt and mix well; then blend in pineapple with juice. Pour mixture into a well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter and mix into bread cubes; toss cubes and coat well. Pour bread cubes over casserole and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes; until set; don't overcook.
