2 Cups Buttermilk
2 Sm. Boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 (16oz.) Cool Whip
2 (11oz.) Cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
2 (11oz.) Pkgs. Fudge Stripe Cookies

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mix and the buttermilk. Fold in the Cool Whip. Mix in the mandarin oranges. Chill until ready to serve. Crush cookies and mix in just before serving. May also add 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained.
