1 Lb. Lean Beef Steak*, cubed
1 Lg. Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
2 (8oz.) Cans Mushroom Stems & Pieces, drained
2 (10-1/2oz.) Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Water

*Note: London Broil works well. Put all ingredients except flour, water and sour cream into the crockpot and cook on high 8 hours. Stir flour into water until smooth and add to crockpot. Stir to mix well and let heat until thick. Add sour cream. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
