1 Lb. Longhorn Cheese, grated
1 Lb. Jack Cheese, grated
1 (7oz.) Can Green Chilis, diced
1 Sm. nion, diced, sautÚd with 2 Tbsp. Oil, cooled
8 Eggs, beaten well
2 Cup Half and Half
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheeses, chilis, and onions in a 9X13 pan. Mix eggs, half and half and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cheeses. Bake at 350║ for 35 to 40 minutes or until done and firm in center.
