1 tsp dark soy sauce.
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp white wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp ground star anise
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
2 Lg boneless ducking Breast ( 8-oz) each

Directions:
Directions:
1.- Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar and anise together. Blend the cornstarch with water to form a paste and stir into the mixture. 2.- Place duck breasts in a lg, shallow ovenproof dish. Brush all over with the soy marinade, turning them to coat completely. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at leas 2 hrs. or overnight. 3.- Remove duck from marinade and cook in a preheated oven at 425 for 20-25 min. basting frequently with glaze. 4.0- Remove duck from oven, and arrange on a broil rack. Broil under a preheat hot broiler for 3-4 min. to caramelize the top. Remove duck from broiler, cut into fairly thin slices. Arrange duck slices in a lg. warmed serving dish.
