Cube the bread and place in bottom of greased 13" x 9" casserole dish. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla and pour over bread. Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake 350º for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
