1 Tbsp butter, for greasing
2 1/2 fresh white bread crumbs
1 cup grated Swiss cheese.
2/3 cup lukewarm milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, separate
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
Sal and pepper to taste

1.- Grease ( 4 cups) oven proof dish with little butter. Mix bread crumbs and cheese together in a bowl. Pour over the milk and stir to mix. Add melted butter, egg yolks, parsley and salt and pepper to taste, mix well. 3.- Whisk the eggs whites in a clean bowl until they form soft peak. Gently fold the cheese mixture into the egg whites, using a figure-eight movement. 4.- Transfer the mixture to the prepared ovenproof dish and gently smooth the surface with a knife. Bake in a preheat oven at 375 for about 45 min. or until gold, and slightly risen. Insert a toothpick into the center of the pudding until comes out clean. Serve hot.
