1-1/2 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 Cups Refried Beans
1 Tsp. Salt
1/8 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/3 Cup Taco Sauce
1 Cup Pitted Black Olives, quartered
1 (20oz.) Can Enchilada Sauce
12 Corn Tortillas, softened in hot oil
3 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion together. Add refried beans, salt, garlic powder, taco sauce, and olives and mix. Pour some enchilada sauce to cover bottom of 9X13 pan. Roll filling and some cheese in each tortilla. Place seam side down in pan. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 (longer if enchiladas have cooled before baking). Leftover filling freezes well.
