1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries ( fresh or frozen)
2/3 c. sour milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together shortening, sugar, molasses and egg
Add dry ingredients ,which have been mixed together, alternately with the milk . Fold in berries.
Bake at 350 for approximately 20 to 25 mins.
I use a 9x13 pan .
