2 Tbsp butter.
1/4 cup all purpose flour1 1/2 cups hot milk
pinch grated nutmeg
pinch of dried thyme
2 Tbsp white vinegar
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a pan stir in flour. Cook stirring until the roux is light crumby. Gradually stir in milk. Cook stirring for 10 min. until thick and smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
