3 Tbsp olive oil
32 Tbsp butter
2 lg onions, chopped
4 celery stalks, diced thinly
1 cup chopped bacon
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 1/2 cup s ground beef
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp flour
14 oz canned chopped tomatoes
2/3 cup beef bouillon
3/4 cups red wine
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

1.- Heat the oil and butter in a lg pan over medium heat, Add onions, celery, and bacon cook for 5 min. stirring. 2.- Stir in the garlic and ground beef, stirring until the meat is sealed all over. Simmer for 10 min. stirring occasionally. 3.- Increase the heat to mediums, stir in tomato paste and flour cook for 1-2 min. Add tomatoes, bouillon and wine. Bring to boil stirring. add salt and pepper, oregano and nutmeg. simmer for 45 min. stirring occasionally.
