3 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast Cubed
4 tbsp Olive Oil
3 oz spaghetti broken in 1/3 sections
4 Medium Potatoes Cubed
3 Carrots Diced
3 Celery Stalks Diced
2 Bay Leaves
1 Small Onion Chopped Fine
1 1/2 box 32oz Chicken Broth (may substitute with water and chicken bouillon)
1/2 packet Knorr Sazon or Saffron
1 tbsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cubed chicken in olive oil, onion, celery, salt & pepper. Add bay leaves, cumin, chicken broth, potatoes and carrots. Bring to a boil and boil low for 30 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are done (do not overcook potatoes) Add sazon and spaghetti. Cook until spaghetti is done.
