1 1/4 lb macaroni
1 pound medium cheddar cheese shredded
2 tbsp Butter
1 Cup Water
1 Can evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water until done thoroughly (overcook more than undercook) drain completely. Beat eggs, add in milk, water, salt pepper, mustard and mix thoroughly. In a lasagna pan (15" x 13") alternate cooked macaroni and shredded cheese for 2 complete layers starting with macaroni and ending with a layer of cheese. Pour liquid mixture evenly over top. Bake for 50 minutes covered on 325 degrees. Cook additional 10 minutes uncovered. Let stand for 45 minutes before serving.
