1 c oil
1/4 c cocoa
4 eggs
13/4 c sugar
11/2 c sel-rising flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts
6 oz pkg miniature marshmallows

Icing:
11/2 sticks margarine
1 box 10x sugar
1/3 c cocoa
1 sm can evaporated milk
1 c chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour, nuts and vanilla.
Beat well
Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake 45 min
Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows.
Icing:
Melt margarine and other ingredients.
Beat til smooth.
Pour over cake while hot
