1/2 Cup Butter (not margarine)
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Flour
4 Cups Half and Half
2 Cups Whipping Cream
2 (6oz.) Jars Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:

Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add flour and heat to bubbling. Then add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling stirring constantly.
