1 Lb. Jalapeno Chilis
2 Lg. Habanero Chilis
2 Lg. Anaheim or Green Chilis
2 Red Chilis
1-1/2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
6-1/2 Cups Sugar
1 (3oz.) Pkg. Certo

Directions:
Directions:
Wear gloves to seed peppers. Chop fine in food processor. Add the vinegar and sugar to 2 cups of the chili mixture and let sit for 10 minutes, then bring to a rolling boil and add Certo. Return to a boil and boil 1 minute. Pour into jars and seal. Each 2 cups of chilis makes 5 (10 oz) jars of jam. Spoon jam over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
