1 lb. ground round
1 c. frozen whole-kernel corn
1/2 c. picante sauce
1/3 c. regular oats
1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Shape meat mixture into a 9X4 loaf on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush ketchup over meat loaf.
Bake for 50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
