1ea 3 to 4 lb. Duck
1 pkg Conacue smoked sauage.
1 pkg Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Duck,
With a sharp knife cut small slitz in the skin
Salt & Pepper
Place on third rack of smoker
Place Bacon on top rack and sauage on second rack,
Let slow smoke for approx 6 hours
