16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
2 cans evaporated milk, skim
2 eggs, beaten
4 c shredded 2 % cheddar cheese, divided
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Using the crock pot as your mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except 1 c of cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at low setting for 3 hours
