Parboil Jumbo Rigatoni Shells to open

Prepare "stuffing" - mix together:
1 large Ricotta Cheese
1 8 oz shredded mozzarella
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional add spinich (torn fresh leaves or pkg frozen)

Stuff shells using teaspoon

Directions:
Directions:
In a baking dish, layer the bottom with your favorite spaghetti sauce or marinara for vegetarian version. Place stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining sauce. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with tossed green salad and toasted Italian bread.
