1 1/2 -2 lbs stew beef meat (with bone if possible)
1 large onion, chopped large
4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped large
2-3 carrots, scraped and cut into pieces
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in bottom of crock pot and add vegetables on top of meat adding enough water to cover vegetables. Cook about 8 hours. Season to taste.
