Directions:
Blend Bisquick and milk and roll out between waxed paper. Fit into a 9-inch pie plate. Turn under edges and flute. Makes 2 crusts.

Peel 8-10 large tomatoes and cut into thick slices and fill pie plate. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chives and basil to taste. Cover with a topping made by blending 1 cup grated sharp cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400. Let set 15 minutes before slicing.

Personal Notes:
I use a frozen pie crust a lot of times and American Cheese instead of cheddar. This recipe does not turn out well with low-fat mayonnaise.
