1 c. grated yellow squash
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
3 T. flour and cornmeal mixed together
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonful into a hot greased skillet. Cook as you would a small pancake, browning on both sides.
