Cake:
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut

Topping:
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. evaporated milk

Directions:

Cake:
Mix sugar, eggs, and oil. Add all dry ingredients to flour. Stir in batter. Add apples, nuts, vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Topping:

Combine ingredients and boil 1 minute. Drizzle over hot cake.
